Miguel is a multi-talented self-starter with a diverse-managerial background,  experience in downsizing strategies which include the refocus of management, consumer and employee development/retention, brand marketing and advertising, internal and external sales, corporate retail and marketing sales, as well as multi-level retail management and development.

After aggressively climbing the corporate retail ladder, Miguel chose to make a career change from retail into marketing. Where he spent several years as a Senior Sales Representative and later the VP of Sales, he later returned to retail for a short stent prior to  birthing F5 Enterprises, LLC in 2007 I has been aggressively supporting the regional and local growth of our business clients since. Recognizing, the changing business and economic climate; like many businesses, Miguel has begun to change his business model as well.

In 2012, Miguel launched his own line of healthy, fresh ready to eat salsas and dips called Sancho Miguel’s Salsa, in 2012 he also introduced a series of social, business and political events in Southern Indiana - Women Empowering Women (W.E.W), Common Conversation's - Let's Talk Mental Wellness, Marketing and Branding program "Have you seen my shoe", and Harvest Homecoming's iRun Harvest 5K Run.

Among being a Business Manager, Graphic Designer, Photographer, Consultant, Husband and Father to the companies Mascot “Mireya”, Miguel is deeply engaged in the local business community in both So. Indiana as well as Louisville KY through extensive volunteer efforts and community outreach. Miguel is also makes himself available for motivational speaking, business coaching and business mentoring.  Two of Miguel’s most common statements are, “In order to achieve what one has not achieved, one must do what they have never done”. and "Failure is the Act of not doing"
